We ask for a €20 deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance paid on delivery. This helps protect our small, mum-run business from no-shows, while keeping things simple and flexible for families whose plans may still be evolving.

No. We don’t take a security deposit as standard. Instead, we ask that a valid card is used to secure your booking. In the unlikely event of loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear, the card used at the time of booking may be charged to cover repair or replacement costs. This approach helps keep the booking process simple and fair for families, while allowing us to care for and maintain our equipment properly.

All hires include delivery, full set-up and collection at the end of your stay. In most cases, items are set up prior to your arrival, and every item is professionally cleaned, carefully safety-checked and prepared individually for your family — so everything is ready for you to arrive and settle in with ease.

Yes. We offer flexible delivery times, seven days a week, and can accommodate late arrivals whenever possible.

Yes — for certain items. We’re happy to offer airport delivery and collection for smaller, portable items such as car seats and strollers, subject to availability. Larger items, including wooden cot beds, are delivered, professionally set up and collected directly from your accommodation, ensuring everything is prepared safely and correctly for your family.

We currently service Málaga Airport and Gibraltar Airport.

A flat service fee of €60 applies for airport delivery and collection, covering fuel, airport parking fees and the additional time involved. Where suitable, items can either be handed over in person or securely left in a Lock Mate at Málaga Airport, depending on your arrival time and preference.

Yes. We select the kinds of items families use at home, carefully chosen to work well in holiday accommodation and create a home-from-home experience. For larger items, such as wooden cot beds — particularly when booking more than one item — we may liaise with you or your accommodation to ensure there is sufficient space.
