We believe booking should be simple, transparent and stress-free, especially when you’re travelling with children.

No deposit required

We do not charge a security deposit. The price you see is the price you pay.

Your payment card will be securely held on our system. In the unlikely event of loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear, the card may be charged to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Any such matters are always handled fairly and transparently.

Clear, all-inclusive pricing

Your daily rental fee is fully inclusive and covers hire, professional cleaning, delivery, set-up, collection and applicable local taxes. There are no hidden fees or unexpected extras.

Simple, straightforward fees

Our pricing is designed to be clear and easy to understand, allowing you to book with confidence and focus on your trip — not the small print.

Availability & short-notice bookings

If you require hire equipment with less than 24 hours’ notice, please contact us directly before placing your booking. This allows us to confirm availability and ensure we can deliver the level of service we promise.

Delivery outside our core areas

Deliveries beyond our core service areas may be subject to additional delivery and set-up fees. Any additional charges will always be confirmed with you in advance.

Late and evening arrivals

Where possible, we accommodate evening and late arrivals, subject to availability. We can typically support deliveries up to 11pm, seven days a week. Late delivery fees may apply. Please share your travel details with us so we can plan your delivery accordingly.

Professional delivery & identification

All Travel Bubbas deliveries are carried out by trained team members, who arrive in Travel Bubbas uniform. Identification is available on request for your peace of mind.

Set-up & access

For safety and accuracy, it is our policy that a responsible adult is present when our team sets up hired equipment. However, in most cases, we aim to have everything delivered and fully prepared before your arrival, so your child’s sleep space is ready the moment you walk through the door.

All hire items are professionally cleaned and prepared to hotel-quality hygiene standards before every booking, and are delivered ready for immediate use.
