Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, especially when little ones are involved. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive while ensuring we can operate smoothly as a small family-run business.

1. Free Cancellation Period

Cancellations made more than 7 days before your delivery date may be cancelled free of charge, and you will receive a full refund of any hire fees paid.

2. Cancellations Within 7 Days of Delivery

If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled delivery date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
This covers the time and stock we reserve exclusively for your booking.

3. Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Delivery

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery date are non-refundable, as your equipment will already be prepared, sanitised, allocated, and scheduled for delivery.

4. Same-Day or Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made on the day of delivery or after the delivery has been attempted are fully chargeable.

5. Early Returns

If you return equipment earlier than planned, no partial refunds will be issued for unused rental days, as stock has been reserved for your full rental period.

6. Changes to Booking Dates

We will always do our best to accommodate a date change.

  • More than 48 hours' notice: free to amend (subject to availability)
  • Less than 48 hours' notice: treated as a cancellation and rebooking

7. Illness, Flight Delays & Travel Issues

We understand travel disruptions happen. If you experience confirmed flight cancellations, significant delays, or medical issues, please contact us immediately.
We will review this on a case-by-case basis and offer as much flexibility as possible.

8. No-Show Policy

If we arrive for delivery at the agreed time/location and cannot gain access or reach you, this is considered a no-show and is fully chargeable.
We are happy to return later the same day if our schedule allows.

9. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
